"Cartoon buffoon"

Films: Evil Toons (1992)

Alias: Mystical

Type: Natural

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: Half that of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Cartoons are awesome. There's no dancing around that. The world of animation is such a wonderland of boundless potential, and it takes a lot to soil it. Though unleashing an animated demon on the world is a good start.

History: Drawn in an occult book, this mangy-looking cartoon was brought to life by the inherent dark magic within. Upon being released, the monster relished in depravity and deceit, taking the form of at least one of the resident girls in the mansion it was stuck in so that it may feed and kill.

Notable Kills: Nothing special

Final Fate: The toon is eventually shot while in human form, forcing it to try and return to the book for complete immortality. Alas, the book is burned, and the demon ceases to exist.

Powers/Abilities: Can take the form of whoever he kills. Also, if he returns to the book, he will be invincible.

Weakness: Anything conventional and then destroying the book.

Scariness Factor: 2.5-This thing may be violent and crude, but we’re a bit too focused on how limited the animation is. It's like ten frames per second or something at times. Needless to say, this isn't exactly the Roger Rabbit movie we're looking at.

Trivia: -The toon's voice was provided by this film's director, Fred Olen Ray.

-Fred wanted Roger Corman to direct this film, but the man rejected it due to the budget being too small.

Just what we need. MORE of him.

No rhymes. This is as annoying as it is.

Well, at least, he has good taste.
"I'm not impressed that I exist."

All jokes and sex appeal aside, CALL 911 NOW!
Even the toon can't believe that he gained the power of Shazam!

"...okay, but no teeth. Please."
